Another day, another murder, Chandler thought to herself as her high heels clicked on the floors of the base she worked at. Of course, tensions were high, everyone was willing to kill anyone as long as it meant a paycheck. Both their firm, and their rival one were finding themselves locked in a war that would probably never resolve. They were fighting against themselves, it seemed, and every corner she turned she felt like she would have to assassinate the next person that she saw. Taking a deep breath now as she walked into her grim study, she saw the single envelope sitting on her tidy desk. It was lit up by the one light above her head and she took a deep breath, grabbing the envelope and stuffing it into her pocket. Grabbing her blades and her gun, she stuffed the gun into her pocket and the blades into her shoes and then hurried out, pulling out the envelope again and reading where she was supposed to be headed. Breaking into a run, she found her way outside and prayed to God that this wouldn't be too hard. She just wasn't in the mood tonight.
